- Start – Pickup in Lisbon and the drive to the Arrábida coast (time agreed when you book).
- Briefing – Wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid fitted; safety briefing with the certified guides.
- On the rocks – Two to three hours of swimming between coves, scrambling along the cliffs and jumps into the sea from heights you choose.
- Return – Change on the beach and the drive back to Lisbon; about 4 hours in total.

Do I need experience?
No. Instructors are certified and the route is adapted to the group. You need to be a confident swimmer and in reasonable health.
What is included?
Swimming, climbing and cliff jumps with certified guides, wetsuit and insurance, plus transport from Lisbon. From €90 per person.
What should I bring?
Swimwear under your clothes, a towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. Equipment and safety gear are provided.
Is it suitable for children?
From 12 years old with an adult, and subject to sea conditions on the day.
What if the weather is bad?
If the sea or wind make it unsafe we reschedule or refund in full. We confirm conditions with you the day before.
