Your adventure begins with a comfortable pickup in Lisbon, followed by a scenic drive to the Arrábida Natural Park. Upon arrival, you’ll meet your certified dive instructor, who will provide a full safety briefing and introduce you to the equipment. In shallow, calm waters, you’ll learn the essential techniques and practice breathing underwater before beginning your guided dive.
Accompanied at all times by your instructor, you’ll explore the crystal-clear waters of the Professor Luiz Saldanha Marine Park, home to diverse marine life, rocky reefs, and unique underwater landscapes. No experience is needed—just the desire to try something truly extraordinary.

Do I need a diving licence?
No. A baptism dive is for complete beginners: a briefing on the beach, then a shallow dive (up to 6 metres) with an instructor at your side the whole time.
How much does it cost?
€120 for 1 person, €80 each for 2, €70 for 3, €65 for 4 and €60 each for 5 or more, including all equipment, instructor and transport from Lisbon.
Where do we dive?
In the Arrábida Marine Park near Sesimbra, the most sheltered and clearest water on the Lisbon coast, with rocky reefs, octopus, bream and sometimes seahorses.
Are there age or health limits?
From 10 years old. You must be able to swim and be in good health; people with heart, lung or ear conditions should consult a doctor first. Do not fly within 12 hours after diving.
Is transport from Lisbon included?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off at your accommodation in Lisbon, Sintra or Cascais (within 30 km) are included, with a private driver who stays with you for the whole experience.
What should I bring?
Swimwear and a towel; wetsuit, mask, fins and tank are provided. Sunscreen and water for the beach.
What if the weather is bad?
Adventure activities depend on wind and sea conditions. If the operator cancels for safety we reschedule or refund in full; we confirm conditions with you the day before.
