- Start – Pickup in Lisbon and the drive to Portinho da Arrábida (time agreed when you book, usually morning).
- Briefing – Equipment fitting and a short lesson on the beach: board, paddle, leash, wetsuit and life jacket are provided.
- On the water – Paddle along the sheltered coast to Praia dos Coelhos and Galapinhos, with stops in the coves and, in summer, a swim.
- Return – Back to the beach, change, and the drive back to Lisbon.

Do I need experience?
No. Instructors are certified and the route is adapted to the group. You need to be a confident swimmer and in reasonable health.
What is included?
Stand-up paddle from Portinho da Arrábida to Galapinhos and Alpertuche with instructor, board, wetsuit and transport from Lisbon. From €60 per person.
What should I bring?
Swimwear under your clothes, a towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. Equipment and safety gear are provided.
Is it suitable for children?
From 12 years old with an adult, and subject to sea conditions on the day.
